skinny


aku sedih sgt, knp la aku ni kurus sgt... kurus mcm lidi.. knp aku tak dapat badan yg aku idamkan??!! kwn2 aku.. nape diorg dapat yg diorg nak??!!
aku tahu kwn2 aku selalu kutuk dgn rupa paras aku.. aku dapat rsakan apa yg diorg katakan ttg diri aku ni...
tapi kdg2 aku rasa Tuhan tak adil.. kenapa aku dilahirkan sebegini??!! aku dah cuba mcm2 product utk naikkan badan aku, tapi satu pun tak berhasil... arghhh!!!! Tuhan, tolonglah aku....
kalo korang tahu mcm mana nak selesaikan masalah aku ni, plsss reply this msg! thanxxx

nafisz leh try to hit gym. dlu aku pun kurus mcm lidi, skang dah ok cket la tapi still category kurus. nak put on weight nie kena byk usaha. makan selagi boleh, gi gym and take supplement. sure boleh punya. try lah

hahaha kang gemuk mcm sis baru u padan muko! bersyukur dgn ada apanya bro, no matter what they said, sis always love u tau tau tau. nanti u dah umo 23 -24 naik la badan tuh, now ni.. gasak jek la. jgn ikutan org eh. muahs sayang u my bb boi!

bersyukur lah dgn nikmat yg Allah dah bagi.. jangan pandang org yg lebih baik dari kamu.. tapi pandanglah org yang jauh lebih buruk dari kamu.. spy kamu akan mensyukuri apa sahaja yg telah Allah berikan kpd kamu..

Oii salam.apa la.aku nak kurus lidi cam ko, spya muscle 6pax aku trserlah.aku tak sker tembam.apa kata tuka lemak je.xla aku malas gym. kalau kurus cam ko, aku pakai apa je baju sumer bagus, then aku bleh edjust rambu7t jadi modelling ke apa 2 ka... help me to be skinny fit body. pls

mari la swap body ko nyer non fat to my body fat.. so ko dapat apa yg ko nak, aku dapat apa yg aku nak.. heheh

Hi Dik -

First of all, you're still very young so unless it's affecting your health, I'd say enjoy the 'skinniness' while it lasts. People my age have to pay thousands to be where you are.

But if you have to gain weight, makanlah protein (I think about 50g a day at least for someone your size - that's usually 2-3 scoops depending on the brand). AND, very importantly, you have to lift weight. Without using up our muscles, all the protein you eat will just go down the drain. When you hit the gym, focus on carrying weight rather than running. Just do 10 minutes of warm up on the treadmill and do 2-3 sets of 15x each of your chest press, shoulder press etc. Just carry what you can first and move up from there.
